Information we collect
Contact forms and quote requests may include name, phone, email, organisation, city, exam mode, candidate volume, and the message you type. Career applications also include qualification, experience, preferred role, and a PDF resume. Newsletter signup uses the email address you submit. Server logs may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to keep the site available and secure.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, plan manpower and infrastructure, coordinate live exam windows, review job applications, and send operational or insight updates you asked for. We do not sell enquiry or resume data. We do not use your project brief as public marketing without permission.
Sharing
Project details may be shared with authorised internal teams or approved deployment partners only when needed to deliver the requested service — for example, a city supervisor who must staff a CBT lab. Career files are reviewed by HR and operations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of candidates, staff, or client assets during a live programme.
Resumes and career data
Resumes must be PDF, up to 50 MB, and are accepted only through the careers form for a selected role. We retain applications long enough to evaluate the opening and related exam-season hiring. If you want an application deleted, email info@securetechbee.com with the role name and the email you used.
