Client duties on exam programmes
Clients remain responsible for statutory authority, candidate communications, official notifications, and result publication on their own portals. SecureTechBee delivers operations, infrastructure, manpower, monitoring, and agreed reporting. We are not a government board and do not replace official apps or result websites. Clients must arrange lawful venue access, permissions, and any board-mandated rules that sit outside our written scope.
Manpower, assets, and command
Verified staff work to duty charts. Rented nodes, cameras, and peripherals remain SecureTechBee or supplier assets unless a written sale says otherwise. Loss, damage, or unauthorised removal may be charged. Live command depends on the communication path agreed in the project plan. Incident logs and closure packs follow that plan, not informal chat threads.
Products
STB-Reg, STB-Exam, STB-Proctor, STB-Hire, STB-Campus, and STB-Expert are scoped per programme. Licences, hosting, admin training, and data retention are defined in the relevant proposal. Demo access does not grant production rights.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the site in a way that harms service, or submit false exam or identity information. We may refuse or stop a request that creates integrity or safety risk.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, SecureTechBee is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by inaccurate client data, denied venue access, third-party network failure, or events outside reasonable control.
